On Monday, November 20th, 2023, at approximately 3:50 PM, Ithaca Police Officers responded to a report of a dispute at the Quik Shoppe gas station and convenience store located on Third Street near the Ithaca Department of Motor Vehicles. The incident involved two individuals, and one of them was reported to be in possession of a firearm.
During the dispute, the suspect allegedly threatened to kill an employee of the Quik Shoppe while brandishing what appeared to be a black handgun. The suspect subsequently left the premises in what is believed to be a dark blue 3 Series BMW with a sunroof.
